Hello- I found this item at a thrift store and bought it because I have never seen anything like it.... which has become a problem....because I don't know what it is and have not been able to find anything like it, have you? or know someone who may? The cups are all attached to the plate. Any advise would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
