Thifted in France, a set on Flickr.
A little collection of the stuff I thrifted while recently in France. First off we visited a wonderful Emmaus center in Blois. It was huge and they had a funny system of getting tickets for your stuff before paying and then coming back to pick it up before you leave. But they had loads of wonderful fabrics and lace.
On the Sunday we went to a car-boot sale in Charge. It was pouring with rain but I got some nice plates and cups and wine glasses and I got the idea for the Amboise cake stand. A bit kitsch I think but fun none-the-less. Another of my personal favorites were the tulip cups. I was not sure of them when I bought them but we used them the other day in the garden and they are lovely. Oh and I got a couple of tins too. Quite a catch I think!
