Goodwill

Two nights ago my husband and I went to Trader Joe's on the way we pass two of my favorite stores Value Village and Goodwill. The Goodwill didn't used to be a favorite. In fact when we moved here I wrote it off as a bad store but it has proven me wrong in spades. It seems to be an endless trove of Pyrex (which I also write about over here).

Here's my haul from that night:

A Tensor lamp, An issue of Domino (which I totally regret tossing the issues as I got them), A orange Pyrex baking dish and a sweet needlepoint Noah's Ark. Total it all was about $12. I'm putting the Tensor lamp in my shop to see if it sells. If it doesn't I might just paint it yellow or orange. The needlepoint is in amazing condition. It's dated on the back 1980 so it's at least 30 years old. I'm going to paint the frame and give it to my nephew for Christmas.

The Domino and the Pyrex are for me to enjoy!

  3. I'm not sure. It's about 8x7. Perfect for making the fudge I sell.

  4. Does it have "503" on the back? The perspective in the photo is off for me but it looks like my orange 503 fridge.

  5. It does indeed! So it's a piece of fridge ware?
